Business profile owners and service providers listed on BizConnect must adhere to quality standards:

• All submitted business information, services, contact numbers, and locations must be accurate and up to date.
• Listings must not contain fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful services or offerings.
• BizConnect reserves the right to review, modify, or unpublish any listing that fails to meet community verification standards.

Users agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include sending unsolicited promotional spam, scraping community directory details, uploading malicious content, or violating the rights of other community members.

Access to certain directory features or verification badges may require administrative approval or document review. Administrators reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach community trust.
